Return policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for reasons related to personal hygiene, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges, save for products which are proven to be defective. No item bought at a discounted rate shall be accepted for exchange or return, regardless of being defective.

Defective items need to reach us within 5 business days of informing us of the return/exchange.

Any item sent back needs to be unworn and include all attachments if applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for which money has already been accepted and to pay a refund. Refunds paid for orders cancelled by ADK Designs will be paid at 100% of the transaction value at time of the placing of the order.
